I have private and public sector experience as a counselling psychologist. My interest involves Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), as well as the specific issues experienced by men and women.

    What to Expect

An initial assessment session enables you to discover if you are comfortable with me, share what concerns you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy could help you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment session in Woking or Woking.

    Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You decide what matter regarding your childhood or adult life you explore. The objective of counselling is to enable you to speak about a problem and discover a way forward which is appropriate for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

    Psychology

Psychology is interested in you and your thoughts, emotions and actions. It offers you psychological interventions and mental wellbeing support. An intention of psychological therapy is to help you ease symptoms.
