Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"I have recently completed seven months of counselling with Dominique, and have been amazed with the progress i have made. Not only do I feel much more relaxed and confident in myself, in sharp contrast to the stressed, overwhelmed and highly anxious state I started in, but I feel I have a much deeper understanding of how my brain works. I have learnt to recognise when situations trigger certain responses in my mind that makes things worse, and now I feel much better equipped to deal with them. Dominique has made talking about any problems very easy."

Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"Dominique is very understanding. She's gentle in her approach and will not force you to talk about anything you're not ready for, she helps you to understand problems by looking at them from a new angle. She made me feel very comfortable with a situation that I felt initially very scared of and gave me the strength to make important changes in my life that I couldn't have had the strength to do without her. After just a few sessions I understood more clearly how I could change the way I felt about things and why I may have felt the way I did in the first place. I would recommend Dominique to anyone in need of support for any problem big or small."
