"Diane has a lot of experience and has a huge wealth of knowledge. Her integrative therapy means the client is exposed to a box of magic which will get to the root of any issues and help, heal and nourish. Diane is kind and patient and sets you at ease immediately. Her method is clear, helpful and concise and a great go-to when one needs a quick reminder of positive behaviour enabling the process to become more automatic in all situations. "Diana was there in my time of need. My professional life was spinning out of control and I didn't know where to turn as I had lost my confidence and couldn't even converse with colleagues in meetings. My negative thoughts were consuming.....I needed help. I only saw Diana for a few sessions but she put things into perspective and retrained my brain to allow me to go back in that meeting room with confidence. I'm still not the old me but I'm better after seeing Diana."
