Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"David listened to me and helped me understand how my perfectionist attitude to achieving a task was hampering my ability to revise and learn for my up and coming exams. He took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and how I would/could achieve it. He gave me coping techniques to use and enabled me to see that I was not a failure. I would recommend David as a therapist to any young adult having difficulties coping with exam nerves and stresses."
