3+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I am Christine. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I help individuals with their psychological health. I hold private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My focus includes depression, relationship problems and self esteem, and the particular issues encountered by men, transgender people and women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session enables you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy could help you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment appointment in Ealing Broadway, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide which issue concerning your childhood and/or adult life you discuss. An aim of counselling is to enable you to talk about a difficulty and find a solution that is appropriate for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy combines therapies to suit your needs and the issues you experience. It explores your personal experiences and choices. An aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-understanding.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the problems you face. It explores your thoughts, emotions and significant events in your history. Psychotherapy intends to help you change or discover appropriate ways of managing.
