Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"I was suffering from anxiety and when I first went to Chris for help I was not sure what to expect. Having never had counselling before I was nervous and was sightly pessimistic about if it would help me in any way. However Chris changed all that. He was very reassuring and instantly made me feel comfortable with him. The time I have spent with him has significantly made a positive impact relieving my anxiety. I feel I am in a better position to deal with my anxious feeling. Am more positive and each time I see him I feel I have a better handle on my life. I would recommend him to anyone considering counselling."

Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"Chris was very welcoming and very easy to talk to on the initial visit. He showed great knowledge and experience within his area of expertise and within a few sessions with him he came to show me and help me deal with my problems. Chris is a very calm person as expected but what I like the most is that he broke things down for me and explained things in simple terms. I have to say that I am in a much better place today with thanks to Chris and I would very highly recommend him to anybody who has any kind of anxiety problems."
