"I arrived at Anne's office a ball of anxiety, and in about 8 months, she managed to turn me into a much calmer, confident person. She made me confront my lack of boundaries and helped me to learn to listen in her own soothing, gentle way. I've rarely taken advice before from others, but hers I will take with me for life. I will miss our sessions dearly."

"Anne is an excellent therapist. She is insightful, very experienced, and she kindly guided me through my chaotic thought processes and helped me find the tools to carry on. I arrived a tight ball of misery and emerged happier, more confident, and willing to try new things. I recommend her highly. Thank you, Anne!"
