She has encouraged me, seemed to be able to ask questions that quickly get to the heart of the issue (even when I haven't known what that was) and been very perceptive in her insights. We have been tackling issues surrounding my low self esteem which has had a really positive impact on dealing with my depression. With her support I hope to be successful in trying to come off my medication this year.
