Email Address
You can only use the email address you registered with. You cannot change it. If you want to use another email address you will have to re-register: you will be unable to access the information you accessed with your old email address via your new email address.
Javascript
Q - Do I need Javascript for the website?
A - Yes, you'll need Javascript enabled for this website to function properly.
Q - I don't know how to enable Javascript?
A1 - to enable Javascript in IE (Internet Explorer) browser:
› click on 'Tools' at the top of your IE browser
› then 'Internet Options'
› then the 'Security' tab
› ensure 'Internet' under 'Web content zone' is highlighted
› then click on 'Custom Level'
› Under 'Security Settings' look for 'Scripting' near the list's bottom
› Under 'Active Scripting' make sure the 'Enable' circle is checked
› Click 'OK', then 'OK' again to close the Tools menu
› Reload the webpage
› You're done!
A2 - to enable Javascript in Firefox browser:
› click on 'Tools' at the top of your Firefox browser
› then 'Options'
› then 'Web Features'
› then check 'Enable Javascript'
› then click on 'OK' to close the 'Tools' menu
› You're done!
Log-in Problems
Q - I'm having problems logging-in?
A - Check this list:
• Your registered email address is not case sensitive
• Your password is case sensitive
• Are you spelling your registered email and password correctly?
• You'll need Javascript enabled to log-in: see 'Javascript' above.

Q - I ve lost my password. How do I obtain a new password?

Register Problems
Q - I'm having problems registering?
A - Check this list:
• The email address you register must be the same when you repeat it
• Your password is case sensitive.
• Your password must be the same when you repeat it.
• Look at the error messages the Register page displays to you.
• You'll need Javascript enabled to register: see 'Javascript' above.
