What to Expect

An initial assessment session enables you to see if you are comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and decide if therapy may assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an introductory assessment session in Upper Clapton, London.

Art Therapy

Art therapy helps you express yourself with art materials. You do not need art experience. An aim of art therapy is to help you imaginatively examine whatever concerns you.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy selects therapies to fit your needs and the problems you experience. It considers your subjective experience and choices. An aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-awareness.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you confront. It explores your thoughts, emotions and relevant events in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or discover appropriate ways of managing.
