Welcome. I'm Tom Godsal. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I help individuals with their emotional wellbeing. I hold private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session enables you to see if you feel comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy may benefit you. Counselling
