More Detail

Over 14 Years Post-Accreditation Experience

Hello. I am Sue. I'm a senior accredited and registered counsellor - I assist individuals with their mental health. I hold private and voluntary sector experience as a counsellor. My focus involves depression, as well as the specific challenges experienced by women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment appointment helps you to discover if you are comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy could help you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an initial assessment meeting in Great Malvern, Malvern.

Client Centred Therapy

Client centred therapy focuses on appreciating and supporting you. It facilitates your openness around the worries you experience. Client centred therapy aims to help you find your own answers.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide what issue regarding your childhood and/or adulthood you discuss. An objective of counselling is to help you to talk about a difficulty and discover a way forward which is right for you.

Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic therapy focuses on appreciating you. It sees you as a whole person and emphasises your personal development. Humanistic therapy seeks to help you realise your autonomy.
