What to Expect

An initial assessment session allows you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and decide if therapy may help you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an initial assessment appointment in Kingston Upon Thames.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You determine which issue regarding your childhood and/or adulthood you discuss. The objective of counselling is to help you to speak about a problem and find a solution which is right for you.

Psychoanalytic Therapy

Psychoanalytic therapy concentrates on the unconscious meaning of the problems you experience. It facilitates your consciousness of some of your unconscious. The objective of psychoanalytic therapy is for you to attain personal knowledge and use it if you decide to.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the difficulties you confront. It considers your ideas, feelings and relevant events in your life. Psychotherapy intends to help you develop or find suitable ways of coping.
