What to Expect

An initial assessment meeting enables you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, share what concerns you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and assess if therapy could help you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment session in Mill Hill, London.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine what issue concerning your childhood and/or adulthood you explore. An aim of counselling is to enable you to talk about a problem and find a way forward that is right for you.

Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic therapy focuses on appreciating you. It sees you as a whole person and prioritises your unique development. Humanistic therapy aims to help you realise your autonomy.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you face. It explores your ideas, emotions and relevant events in your life. Psychotherapy intends to help you develop or discover suitable methods of coping.
