What to Expect

After an initial appointment in Inverness, there is no necessity to continue if you prefer not to. As Client and Therapist, we will take the opportunity to put into words the mental wellbeing problems for which you require Integrative Therapy or Psychotherapy. I will address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. I will then be able to determine if my mental health practice is right for you.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative Therapy combines therapeutic approaches to fit your needs and the problems you experience. It explores your personal experiences and choices. The aim of Integrative Therapy is to help you develop your self-awareness.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the problems you face. It explores your ideas, emotions and significant moments in your life. Psychotherapy intends to help you develop or discover suitable ways of managing.
