An introductory assessment appointment helps you to discover if you are comfortable with me, share what concerns you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy could help you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an introductory assessment meeting in Pinner.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You determine which issue concerning your early years and/or adult life you discuss. The objective of counselling is to enable you to talk about a difficulty and discover a way forward that is right for you.
