What to Expect

An initial assessment appointment helps you to see if you feel comfortable with me, share what troubles you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy may help you. Client Centred Therapy

Client centred therapy concentrates on understanding and accepting you. It encourages your honesty about the worries you experience. Client centred therapy seeks to help you discover your own answers.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine what matter regarding your early years or adulthood you discuss. The aim of counselling is to help you to speak about a problem and discover a way forward which is right for you.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you confront. It considers your ideas, feelings and relevant moments in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you change or find appropriate methods of managing.
