Hello. I am Rialda Sebek. I'm a registered psychotherapist - I support individuals and couples with their mental health. I hold private sector experience as a psychotherapist. My focus involves abuse, alcohol dependence, anger and anorexia nervosa, as well as the specific problems faced by men, transgender people and women.

A preliminary assessment appointment enables you to see if you are comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy may help you.
