More Detail

6+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Welcome. I'm Rachel Lebus. I'm a registered psychotherapist - I assist couples with their mental wellbeing. I hold private sector experience as a psychotherapist. My interest involves Relationship Problems, as well as the specific obstacles experienced by men and women.

What to Expect

A preliminary assessment meeting enables you to see if you feel comfortable with me, share what troubles you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy could assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an introductory assessment appointment in Oxford.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide which issue regarding your childhood and/or adult life you discuss. The aim of counselling is to help you to talk about a difficulty and discover a way forward that is appropriate for you.

Psychosynthesis Therapy

Psychosynthesis therapy views the obstacles you experience as opportunities for you to develop. It fosters your understanding of your different attributes. An aim of psychosynthesis therapy is to help you harmonise elements of yourself.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you confront. It explores your thoughts, feelings and significant moments in your life. Psychotherapy intends to help you develop or find appropriate ways of coping.

Transpersonal Therapy

Transpersonal therapy considers your mind, body and soul. It views the problems you encounter as ways for you to develop. Transpersonal therapy aims to help you recognise your human ability.

Thoughts on Mental Health

A common relationship problem is conflict. You may be fighting, arguing and unable to communicate with your partner. This can be deeply distressing for you and your partner - and children, if you have them.
