Over 5 Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I am Neil Lamont. I'm a registered psychotherapist and a chartered and registered counselling psychologist - I help individuals and couples with their emotional wellbeing. I have private sector experience as a psychotherapist and a counselling psychologist. My interest involves abuse, relationship problems and self esteem, and the specific problems encountered by men, transgender people and women.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Acceptance and commitment therapy focuses on your reactions to your feelings. It encourages your toleration of your physical sensations. ACT seeks to help you dedicate yourself to positive action.
