More Detail

4+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I'm Naomi. I'm an accredited and registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I assist individuals with their psychological health. I have private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My interest includes depression, relationship problems and self esteem, and the particular obstacles encountered by men and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment session enables you to discover if you are comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy may help you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment session in City of London, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine what issue concerning your early years or adulthood you explore. An aim of counselling is to enable you to talk about a difficulty and discover a way forward which is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy selects therapeutic approaches to fit your needs and the problems you encounter. It considers your personal experience and choices. An aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-awareness.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the problems you face. It explores your ideas, emotions and relevant events in your life. Psychotherapy intends to help you change or find suitable methods of managing.

Relational Therapy

Relational therapy focuses on how you communicate with others. It facilitates your honesty about the problems you experience. An objective of relational therapy is to help you recognise healthy ways of communicating.
