Hello. I am Mary. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I assist individuals and couples with their mental health. I hold private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My interest includes depression, relationship problems and stress, as well as the specific challenges encountered by women.

What to Expect

A preliminary assessment session helps you to discover if you are comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy could assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange a preliminary assessment meeting in Worcester Park.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You determine what matter regarding your early years or adult life you discuss. The objective of counselling is to help you to speak about a difficulty and find a solution that is appropriate for you.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy combines therapies to suit your needs and the problems you experience. It considers your personal experiences and options. An aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-understanding.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the difficulties you face. It explores your thoughts, emotions and significant moments in your life. Psychotherapy intends to help you develop or discover appropriate ways of coping.
