More Detail

Over 4 Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I am Mark. I'm a registered counsellor - I help individuals and couples with their emotional wellbeing. I have private sector experience as a counsellor. My interest includes abuse, alcohol dependence, anger and bereavement, and the particular obstacles faced by men.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session helps you to see if you are comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy could benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an initial assessment appointment in Waterloo, London or Tower Bridge, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide which matter regarding your childhood or adult life you discuss. The aim of counselling is to help you to talk about a problem and discover a solution which is appropriate for you.

Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic therapy focuses on valuing you. It considers you as a whole human being and emphasises your personal development. Humanistic therapy seeks to help you recognise your freedom.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy selects therapies to suit your needs and the problems you encounter. It explores your personal experience and choices. The aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-understanding.
