More Detail

Over 7 Years Post-Accreditation Experience

Hi. I am Malka Taub. I'm an accredited and registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I support individuals and couples with their psychological health. I have private and public sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My focus includes self esteem, and the specific issues experienced by women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session allows you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy may help you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment appointment in Stamford Hill, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide which matter concerning your childhood or adult life you discuss. An aim of counselling is to enable you to talk about a problem and find a solution which is appropriate for you.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the difficulties you face. It explores your ideas, emotions and significant events in your life. Psychotherapy intends to help you develop or find appropriate methods of managing.

Systemic Therapy

Systemic therapy focuses on the organisation of interactions between you and others. It identifies the interactions which perpetuate the interpersonal problems you encounter. Systemic therapy seeks to help you enhance how you interact with others.
