What to Expect

A preliminary assessment meeting allows you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and assess if therapy may help you. Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide what issue concerning your early years or adulthood you explore. The objective of counselling is to enable you to speak about a problem and find a solution that is right for you.
