4+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I am Lynn Wulcko. I'm a registered counsellor - I help individuals and couples with their emotional health. I hold private sector experience as a counsellor. My interest includes abuse, depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), as well as the particular challenges faced by men, transgender people and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment appointment allows you to see if you are comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy may benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to book a preliminary assessment appointment in Chilcompton, Radstock.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide which matter concerning your early years and/or adult life you explore. The aim of counselling is to enable you to talk about a difficulty and find a way forward that is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic therapy focuses on valuing you. It considers you as a whole person and prioritises your personal development. Humanistic therapy seeks to help you realise your freedom.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy combines therapeutic approaches to suit your needs and the issues you experience. It explores your personal experiences and options. An aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-awareness.
