Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"I started seeing Louise about a range of complex issues having previously been sceptical about attending counselling. However, her completely non-judgemental and holistic approach was exactly what I needed and I instantly felt comfortable to open up to her completely honestly about things I have never spoken to anyone about before. Louise gave me the freedom to use the sessions according to how I felt and my needs, but her sensitive and thoughtful input was instrumental in enabling me to open up and discuss things I had not discussed with anyone previously. My sessions with Louise have given me much more personal insight and self awareness of my emotions and the causes and she enabled me to think proactively about things I can do to regulate my emotions. I am no longer sceptical at all about the positive effects that counselling can bring about and I would recommend Louise to anyone looking for a compassionate, person-centred and professional therapist."
