Hello. I am Lorraine. I'm a registered art therapist and a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I help individuals and couples with their emotional health. I have private sector experience as an art therapist and a counsellor and psychotherapist.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment appointment enables you to discover if you are comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and decide if therapy may benefit you. Art Therapy

Art therapy helps you express yourself with art materials. You do not require art experience. The objective of art therapy is to help you creatively examine what worries you.
