4+ Years Post-Accreditation Experience

Hello. I am Lisa. I'm an accredited counsellor - I help individuals and couples with their emotional health. I have private sector experience as a counsellor. My focus includes anger, anorexia nervosa and bereavement, and the particular challenges faced by men and women.

What to Expect

A preliminary assessment session allows you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, share what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and decide if therapy may assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an introductory assessment meeting in Kingston Upon Thames or West Wimbledon, London.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide what matter regarding your early years or adult life you discuss. An objective of counselling is to enable you to talk about a problem and find a solution which is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy selects therapeutic approaches to fit your preferences and the issues you experience. It explores your personal experiences and options. An aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-awareness.

Relational Therapy

Relational therapy concentrates on how you relate with people. It facilitates your openness about the issues you encounter. An objective of relational therapy is to help you identify beneficial ways of relating.
