More Detail

8+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I'm Leo. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I help individuals and couples with their psychological wellbeing. I hold private, public and voluntary sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My interest includes self esteem, as well as the particular obstacles experienced by men and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment meeting helps you to see if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy may help you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an initial assessment session in Islington, London or Stoke Newington, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine which matter concerning your early years or adult life you discuss. An objective of counselling is to enable you to talk about a problem and discover a way forward which is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Existential Therapy

Existential therapy explores how you comprehend your existence. It encompasses reflection on your perspectives, potential and choices. Existential therapy seeks to help you discover significance in your life and the issues you experience.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the difficulties you confront. It explores your thoughts, feelings and relevant moments in your history. Psychotherapy intends to help you develop or find appropriate methods of managing.
