Hi. I'm Lene. I'm a registered art therapist - I help individuals with their psychological wellbeing. I have private and public sector experience as an art therapist. My interest includes self esteem, and the specific difficulties encountered by men and women.

What to Expect

A preliminary assessment appointment helps you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy may benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an introductory assessment meeting in West Kensington, London.

Art Therapy

Art therapy helps you express yourself through art media. You don't require art experience. An aim of art therapy is to help you creatively examine whatever concerns you.

Psychoanalytic Therapy

Psychoanalytic therapy focuses on the unconscious meaning of the problems you experience. It fosters your consciousness of some of your unconscious. An aim of psychoanalytic therapy is for you to attain personal insight and utilise it if you decide to.

Psychology is interested in you and your thoughts, emotions and behaviour. It offers you psychological interventions and mental health support. The objective of psychological therapy is to help you ease symptoms.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the problems you face. It explores your ideas, emotions and significant events in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or discover appropriate ways of managing.
