Over 1 Years Post-Registration Experience

Hi. I am Laura Stephenson. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I assist individuals and couples with their emotional health. I have private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My interest involves anger, and the particular difficulties faced by women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session allows you to see if you feel comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy may benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment session in Kings Langley.


Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine what matter regarding your childhood or adult life you discuss. The objective of counselling is to help you to speak about a problem and discover a way forward which is right for you.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy combines therapies to suit your needs and the issues you experience. It explores your personal experience and choices. An aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-understanding.
