What to Expect

An initial assessment appointment enables you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy could help you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an initial assessment meeting in Stockport.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You decide which issue concerning your childhood and/or adulthood you explore. The aim of counselling is to help you to speak about a problem and find a solution which is appropriate for you.
