What to Expect

An initial assessment session enables you to see if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy could help you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment session in Oxford Circus, London or Ealing, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You determine which issue concerning your early years or adulthood you discuss. The objective of counselling is to enable you to speak about a difficulty and find a way forward that is right for you.

Existential Therapy

Existential therapy explores how you perceive your life. It involves reflection on your perspectives, potential and choices. Existential therapy aims to help you discover meaning in your existence and the problems you encounter.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the problems you face. It explores your thoughts, emotions and significant events in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you change or discover appropriate ways of managing.
