More Detail

Over 13 Years Post-Registration Experience

Welcome. I am Karen Baillie. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I assist individuals with their mental health. I have private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist.

What to Expect

An initial assessment appointment helps you to discover if you are comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy could help you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange a preliminary assessment meeting in Isleworth.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide what issue regarding your childhood and/or adult life you explore. An aim of counselling is to enable you to speak about a problem and find a solution which is right for you.

Psychosynthesis Therapy

Psychosynthesis therapy views the blocks you experience as moments for you to develop. It facilitates your understanding of your different attributes. An objective of psychosynthesis therapy is to help you harmonise elements of yourself.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you confront. It explores your ideas, emotions and significant events in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or discover suitable ways of managing.
