Welcome. I am John-Paul Davies. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I support individuals with their emotional health. I have private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My focus includes depression, self esteem and stress, as well as the specific difficulties encountered by men, transgender people and women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session allows you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy may benefit you. Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You determine what matter regarding your early years or adult life you explore. An aim of counselling is to help you to talk about a problem and find a solution which is right for you.
