More Detail

Over 2 Years Post-Registration Experience

Hi. I'm Joanna. I'm a registered counsellor - I assist individuals with their psychological health. I hold private and voluntary sector experience as a counsellor. My interest includes self esteem, and the particular difficulties encountered by women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment meeting allows you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and decide if therapy may benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment meeting in Harpenden.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide what issue concerning your early years and/or adulthood you explore. The objective of counselling is to help you to talk about a difficulty and find a solution that is right for you.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy combines therapeutic approaches to suit your preferences and the issues you encounter. It explores your personal experiences and options. The aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-understanding.
