More Detail

10+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Welcome. I am Jeremy. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I help individuals and couples with their mental wellbeing. I hold private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My interest includes anger and depression, and the specific difficulties experienced by men and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment session allows you to see if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what troubles you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy could benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an initial assessment session in St Albans.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine what issue regarding your early years or adulthood you explore. An objective of counselling is to help you to talk about a difficulty and find a way forward which is appropriate for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you confront. It considers your thoughts, feelings and relevant moments in your history. Psychotherapy aims to help you change or discover suitable methods of coping.

Transpersonal Therapy

Transpersonal therapy considers your intellect, body and spirit. It perceives the issues you experience as opportunities for you to develop. Transpersonal therapy intends to help you acknowledge your human ability.
