What to Expect

A preliminary assessment meeting allows you to see if you are comfortable with me, share what concerns you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and assess if therapy could benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an initial assessment session in Shoreditch, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You determine what issue concerning your childhood or adult life you explore. The aim of counselling is to help you to talk about a difficulty and find a way forward which is appropriate for you.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy selects therapeutic approaches to suit your preferences and the problems you encounter. It considers your personal experience and options. The aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-understanding.
