Hi. I'm Jan Sheppard. I'm a registered and senior accredited and registered psychotherapist - I assist individuals, couples and families with their mental health. I have private sector experience as a psychotherapist. My interest involves depression, and the specific challenges faced by men.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session allows you to see if you feel comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and assess if therapy may benefit you. Counselling
