Hi. I'm James Hawes. I'm an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist - I assist individuals, couples and families with their psychological wellbeing. I have private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist.

Client centred therapy focuses on understanding and supporting you. It encourages your honesty about the concerns you experience. Client centred therapy aims to help you discover your own solutions.
