16+ Years Post-Accreditation Experience

Hi. I'm Jacqueline. I'm a senior accredited and registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I assist individuals and couples with their emotional wellbeing. I have private and voluntary sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My focus includes depression, relationship problems and stress, and the particular challenges faced by men and women.

What to Expect

A preliminary assessment appointment allows you to discover if you are comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy could benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment meeting in Norwich, Oxford Circus, London or City of London, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide which issue regarding your childhood or adulthood you discuss. An objective of counselling is to enable you to speak about a difficulty and discover a way forward which is appropriate for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy selects therapeutic approaches to suit your needs and the issues you encounter. It explores your subjective experience and choices. The aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-awareness.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the difficulties you face. It explores your ideas, feelings and relevant moments in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or discover suitable ways of coping.
