What to Expect

A preliminary assessment session helps you to see if you are comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and assess if therapy may help you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange a preliminary assessment appointment in Southfields, London.

Client Centred Therapy

Client centred therapy focuses on understanding and accepting you. It facilitates your openness about the concerns you experience. Client centred therapy seeks to help you find your own solutions.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioural therapy focuses on how your thoughts influence your feelings and behaviour. It identifies and challenges unhelpful thoughts that maintain the issues you encounter. The aim of cognitive behavioural therapy is for you to experience healthier thoughts and feelings.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine which issue concerning your childhood or adult life you discuss. The aim of counselling is to help you to talk about a problem and find a solution that is right for you.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy combines therapeutic approaches to suit your needs and the issues you encounter. It considers your personal experiences and choices. The aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-awareness.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy centres on the unconscious causes of the issues you encounter. It facilitates you in becoming conscious of parts of your internal dynamics. Psychodynamic therapy seeks to enhance your self-understanding to give you choices.
