Welcome. I am Fiona. I'm a registered psychotherapist - I support individuals and couples with their mental health. I hold private sector experience as a psychotherapist. My focus involves relationship problems, as well as the specific obstacles faced by women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session helps you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy could assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an initial assessment session in Hastings or Forest Hill, London.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You determine what issue regarding your childhood or adult life you explore. An aim of counselling is to help you to talk about a problem and discover a solution which is appropriate for you.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy selects therapies to suit your preferences and the issues you encounter. It explores your personal experiences and options. The aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-awareness.

Psychosynthesis Therapy

Psychosynthesis therapy views the blocks you experience as moments for you to develop. It facilitates your comprehension of your different aspects. The aim of psychosynthesis therapy is to help you synthesise elements of yourself.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the difficulties you face. It explores your ideas, feelings and relevant events in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or find suitable methods of coping.
