Over 3 Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I am Fiona Corbett. I'm an accredited and registered counsellor - I help individuals with their psychological health. I hold private sector experience as a counsellor. My interest includes bereavement, depression and Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and the particular problems experienced by men and women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment appointment enables you to see if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy may benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an introductory assessment meeting in The Park, Nottingham.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide what matter concerning your childhood and/or adulthood you explore. An objective of counselling is to enable you to speak about a problem and discover a way forward that is appropriate for you.

Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic therapy focuses on appreciating you. It sees you as a whole human being and prioritises your personal growth. Humanistic therapy seeks to help you recognise your freedom.
