My interest includes depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and the specific obstacles experienced by men and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment session enables you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy may benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment appointment in Ewell, Epsom.

ACT focuses on your responses to your emotions. It encourages your acceptance of your physical sensations. ACT aims to help you dedicate yourself to positive change.
