More Detail

Over 7 Years Post-Registration Experience

Hi. I'm Niklas. I'm a registered psychotherapist and a registered counselling psychologist - I support individuals and couples with their psychological wellbeing. I have private, public and voluntary sector experience as a psychotherapist and a counselling psychologist. My interest includes relationship problems, self esteem and sexual problems, as well as the particular challenges experienced by men.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment meeting allows you to see if you are comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and decide if therapy may benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to book a preliminary assessment meeting in Bristol.

Client Centred Therapy

Client centred therapy focuses on appreciating and supporting you. It facilitates your openness about the worries you encounter. Client centred therapy aims to help you find your own solutions.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine which matter regarding your childhood or adult life you discuss. An objective of counselling is to help you to speak about a problem and find a solution that is right for you.

Existential Therapy

Existential therapy explores how you comprehend your life. It involves deliberation on your viewpoints, potential and choices. Existential therapy aims to help you find significance in your life and the problems you experience.

Psychology is interested in you and your mind, emotions and actions. It offers you psychological interventions and mental wellbeing support. An objective of psychological therapy is to help you ease symptoms.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the problems you confront. It considers your ideas, feelings and relevant events in your history. Psychotherapy aims to help you change or discover appropriate ways of managing.

Relational Therapy

Relational therapy concentrates on how you relate with people. It encourages your honesty about the problems you experience. An objective of relational therapy is to help you recognise beneficial ways of relating.
