Counselling

(3 Reviews)
Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide which matter regarding your early years and/or adulthood you explore. An objective of counselling is to enable you to speak about a problem and discover a way forward that is appropriate for you.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy combines therapies to fit your needs and the issues you encounter. It considers your personal experience and options. An aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-understanding.

"She's very caring and understanding and she talks to you like a human being and as an equal which creates a warm and open environment in which to explore issues. She is honest and open and always welcomes you with a big smile. She works to how you feel you will best respond be it talking or art."

Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"Diana was there in my time of need. My professional life was spinning out of control and I didn't know where to turn as I had lost my confidence and couldn't even converse with colleagues in meetings. My negative thoughts were consuming.....I needed help. I only saw Diana for a few sessions but she put things into perspective and retrained my brain to allow me to go back in that meeting room with confidence. I'm still not the old me but I'm better after seeing Diana."
