More Detail

19+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Welcome. I am Delia Taylor-Brook. I'm a registered psychotherapist - I support individuals and couples with their psychological wellbeing. I hold private sector experience as a psychotherapist. My focus includes abuse, alcohol dependence, anger and bereavement, and the particular obstacles faced by men, transgender people and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment appointment allows you to see if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy could assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an introductory assessment appointment in Witney.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You decide which matter regarding your early years and/or adulthood you discuss. The aim of counselling is to help you to talk about a problem and discover a solution that is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the difficulties you confront. It considers your ideas, emotions and significant moments in your history. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or find suitable methods of managing.
