Over 17 Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I'm Deborah. I'm a registered dramatherapist and a registered psychotherapist - I support individuals and couples with their mental wellbeing. I hold private sector experience as a dramatherapist and a psychotherapist. My focus includes panic disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and relationship problems, and the specific obstacles encountered by men.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session helps you to see if you feel comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and assess if therapy may help you. Please use a contact option on the right to book a preliminary assessment session in Girton, Cambridge.

Drama Therapy

Drama therapy helps you express yourself using plays and stories. There is no need for you to have experience in acting. Drama therapy seeks to help you create psychological growth.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) indicates drama therapy for schizophrenia.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you confront. It explores your thoughts, emotions and relevant moments in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or discover appropriate methods of managing.
