My focus includes panic disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and relationship problems, and the specific obstacles encountered by women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session helps you to see if you feel comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and assess if therapy may help you. Please use a contact option on the right to book a preliminary assessment session in Girton, Cambridge.

Drama Therapy

Drama therapy helps you express yourself using plays and stories. There is no need for you to have experience in acting. Drama therapy seeks to help you create psychological growth.
